RED UFO’S

When I get close these UFO’S take off, Or Just disappear altogether. Some people claim they are oil flares, But oil flares don’t look like this, and when you go to where the Red pulsating light is their is no oil equipment to be found.

Sorry for the poor video for some reason if I focus on these red things the camera goes crazy, If I shoot side ways it seems to work better.
